Litigation Attorney (3–5 Years Experience)

Fox & Ziepfel, LLC, a fast growing boutique law firm with a robust public sector, corporate, and litigation practice, seeks a motivated litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our firm.
The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience handling discovery, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, preparing for and attending hearings, conducting and defending depositions, and assisting in mediations and trials. Familiarity with Ohio state and federal court practice is essential. Experience with municipal clients, public entities, or complex commercial disputes is a plus.
Candidate Requirements:
•Strong academic credentials and high character
•Excellent persuasive writing skills and proficiency with advanced technology platforms, sophisticated digital research tools, and emerging language model technologies
•Professionalism and courtroom presence
•Team-oriented work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
•Admission to the Ohio bar (or eligibility for admission)
• Prioritizes and places clients needs and outcomes above customary business metrics
• Actually loves the practice of law
