Shortly after the NCAA cleared the way for student-athletes to profit from their name, image, and likeness (NIL), Brian Fox recognized a unique opportunity to help the University of Cincinnati. With a background in law, entrepreneurship, and deep connections to UC—as an alumnus, former student body president, and long-time supporter—Fox was well-positioned to lead a new initiative.
As chairman of Cincy Reigns, he helped establish a model NIL collective that reflects more than just financial support. Fox emphasizes leadership, education, and strategic alignment with university goals, helping UC Athletics navigate one of the most significant shifts in the history of college sports.
